🔬 Learn How to Predict Protein Active Sites Using CASTp! 🧬
In this video, we walk you through the step-by-step process of using CASTp (Computed Atlas of Surface Topography of proteins) to identify and analyze protein active sites. Whether you’re a student, researcher, or bioinformatics enthusiast, this tutorial will help you understand how to explore protein structures and locate binding pockets with ease.
✅ What You’ll Learn:
What CASTp is and why it’s useful
How to submit a protein structure (PDB file)
Interpreting CASTp results (pockets, volumes, areas)
Applications in drug design and molecular biology
👍 If you find this tutorial helpful, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share for more deep learning + biology content.
